- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with your EMA number. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us.
4. Exchange Shipping Costs
Unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
5. Processing Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. The new item will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days. If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative options or issue a store credit.
